The AFA would collaborate with academic institutions, Corporate organisations and Multilateral institutions to ensure that its aims and objectives of human development through reducing poverty, promoting health and developing the individual are achieved.

 

A) Academic-  We  have round-table discussions with researchers and experts in the intervention areas of our operation to find out how new research work can positively influence our policy formulation. The AFA where necessary share with the general public some of the expertise from and within our ranks through advocacy- media- TV, radio, print and interactive/internet programmes.Our main collaborators has so far been Exeter College, Oxford University.

 

B) Corporate- Apart from seeking corporate sponsorship, we encourage corporate participation in particular sharing with them field challenges.

 

C) Multilateral- Many  multilateral organisations are engaged in deveelopment  work similar to that of the AFA.We collaborate with them- whether at the World Bank or International Monetary Fund level, development cooperation level like those of  Netherland Development Cooperation in ensuring that data, skills and where feasible projects, are jointly implemented.
